What materials do you use?
All pieces are made with 316L stainless steel. This is the same grade used in medical environments because it is strong, skin safe, and naturally resistant to corrosion. Our jewellery is copper free and finished with premium gold or silver plating.
Is the jewellery tarnish free?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to be tarnish free during everyday use. They will not turn your skin green and do not require polishing.
Can I wear it in water?
Yes. Our jewellery is waterproof and safe to wear in the shower, pool, ocean, gym, and during sleep.
How long does production take?
Personalized jewellery takes about fourteen to sixteen working days to craft. Each piece is made to order.
How long is shipping?
Shipping time depends on your location and is shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes. All orders include free standard shipping.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Since each item is customized, we only replace pieces with confirmed defects.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All jewellery includes a two year warranty covering manufacturing faults.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes are possible only if the item has not entered production. Contact support as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your item has shipped. If you have not received tracking, your piece is still in production.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Our pieces require very little care. You can wear them daily and in water. Wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed.
