How do I place an order
Choose your name or letters, select your finish, and complete checkout. Each personalized piece is made to order.
Can I change my order
If your order has not entered production, we can update names or letters. Contact support as soon as possible.
Where can I see my order status
You will receive tracking information by email once your piece has shipped.
Shipping
How long does delivery take
Personalized jewellery takes about fourteen to sixteen working days. Every piece is made specially for you.
Do you ship internationally
Yes. All shipping details are shown at checkout.
Is shipping free
Yes. All orders include free standard shipping.
Materials and Quality
What materials do you use
Our pieces are made with 316L stainless steel. This grade is used in medical environments because it is strong, skin safe, and resistant to corrosion.
Are your pieces tarnish free
Yes. Our jewellery is copper free and created to be resistant to tarnish during everyday wear.
Can I wear it in water
Yes. Our jewellery is waterproof and can be worn during showers, workouts, swimming, and sleep.
Returns and Warranty
Do you accept returns
Personalized items are made specifically for each customer. Returns are accepted only for defective items. Contact support for assistance.
Do you offer a warranty
Yes. All pieces include a one year warranty covering manufacturing faults.
