Every Nomina piece is made to order and personalized for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or incorrect entries during checkout.

We want you to feel confident when you shop with us, so we offer support for any issues related to product quality.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We will replace the item at no cost to you if the issue is confirmed.

Warranty

All jewellery includes a two year warranty covering manufacturing faults. This does not cover damage caused by wear and tear or incorrect handling.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible if your piece has not entered the crafting process. Contact support as soon as possible.
