All orders are fully insured and come with a tracking number for peace of mind.
Personalized orders: Please expect 11-17 business days total for production and delivery. This includes 5-7 business days for handmade production and 6-10 business days for delivery.
Ready-to-ship orders: Typically delivered within 7-12 business days, with 1-2 days for processing and 6-10 days for delivery.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day (ready-to-ship items only).
Please note that should there be any delays in production, we'll adjust the delivery timeframe accordingly to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Return Policy
You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items.
We hope you can understand that personalized products and earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to advise further.
Additionally we offer a two year quality replacement guarantee on all items.

Absolutely not. We use only the highest standards of plating. It's extra durable and water resistant which means no tarnishing, fading, or green necks.
Can I change my order?
For custom jewelry orders, you can change your order within 24 hours after placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any adjustments (nominajewellry@gmail.com).
After 24 hours, we begin processing your order, and changes may not be possible.
